Follow The Steps Below1)
View the stickers available. 2) Take down the sticker code.Each code represents a different label
theme. The version type represents the dimensions of the labels and the minimum
quantity per set. Versions: A - 100
pieces per set (dimensions:22mm x 9mm)B
- 60 pieces per set (dimensions:30mm x 13mm)C - 90 pieces per set (dimensions: 35mm x 9
mm)D - 40 pieces per set (dimensions:
22mm x 22mm)E - Limited Edition (while
stock last)
F - Address Labels
G - Plain Labels
3) Download
this Order Form and email it to mrpinkwhistle@yahoo.com- Name/Text on the Label - Font
Number indicate the Font number for Chinese/English- Label No: eg: A003
- Picture No: This is ONLY if you choose the Version G labels- Send/Deliver To: Shipping address, contact number, and
email
4) We will revert with the pricing. For deliveries within
Malaysia, delivery fee is free. Extra charges will be imposed for deliveries
outside Malaysia. 5) Customer to make payment to Maybank2U or PayPal (for
international customers)6) Labels will be processed not later than 2 business
working days upon receiving payment. 7) Labels will be
sent to the shipping address via standard post.
